Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.
Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request to ensure it meets our freshness standards and provide a return authorization number.
Ship Items Back
Pack the unused portion of your coffee or your unworn merchandise securely and ship it back to our roasting facility using the provided prepaid label.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for your next premium caffeine fix.
