We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor profile during transit.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and select a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you offer returns on food and beverage products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
